1. GENERAL DATA

It is forbidden to replicate or duplicate content. Our website and RTB platform material will not be copied, modified, published, transmitted, distributed, displayed, or sold.
1.2. ELIGIBILITY
You represent and declare that each registration information you enter is complete and accurate, and that you will preserve the correctness of such information by using WebAdvert and therefore the Service supplied by us. Your membership is for your personal/commercial use only, and you must not allow anyone to use your account, including your profile or email address.
1.3. TERM/FEES
While you use the WebAdvert Platform, this Agreement will continue in full force and effect (the Service provided). Your membership can be cancelled at any time. By using the Service and becoming an Advertiser, you agree that WebAdvert has the right to terminate your membership without notice if you break this Agreement. There are no costs associated with being a WebAdvert registered member.
2. TERM OF USE
2.1. PAYMENT
WebAdvert Platform works only on prepaid basis. All the payments must be done through the accepted payment gateways. Unused advertising credits will expire after 12 months.
2.2. PROMOTED WEBSITES
The following websites will not receive visitors from us.
-websites that either contain or link to illegal/inappropriate information
-websites that have been found to contain malicious code or have been flagged as virus-infected by scan websites that offer impressions generated by traffic exchange platforms
-websites that either contain or link to illegal/inappropriate information
-Bot traffic will not be generated by websites.
-Websites that are still being built or have very little content.
2.3 THE LANDING PAGE
Unaccepted landing pages include:
-Background music and noises on a landing page.
-Pages that redirect are not permitted.
-Additional pops on pages
-Pages that don't allow you to close the pop-up window
-Pages containing harmful code
2.4. PUBLISHERS
Websites containing any of the following content will not be approved:
Adult or pornographic material (PG-13 is accepted).
Violent material.
Hate speech (including content that incites hatred or promotes violence against individuals or groups based on race or ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, or sexual orientation/gender identity), harassment, bullying, or other content that advocates harm against an individual or group.
-Profanity in excess.
-Content hacking/cracking
-Desktop plugins are examples of software.
-Malware is also known as adware.
--Content of illegal narcotics and drug accessories.
-Content that promotes, sells, or advertises endangered or threatened species items.
-Beer or hard alcohol sales.
-Tobacco or tobacco-related product sales.
-Prescription medication sales
Sales of weapons and ammunition (e.g., firearms, firearm components, fighting knives, stun guns). Coursework or student essays are sold or distributed.
Content about programs that pay users to click on adverts or offers, do searches, browse websites, or read emails.
Any other content that is illegal, promotes crime, or violates others' legal rights.
2.5. LEGAL
The customer commits not to use or disseminate dangerous codes over the WebAdvert Platform. You will be totally responsible for your unlawful behavior. Any unauthorized use of the system will be reported to the appropriate authorities without your knowledge.
2.6. REFUND
Within 24 hours of the cash being uploaded, consumers can seek a refund. If customers choose to cancel after the 24-hour period, they will not be entitled for a refund. Only the most inventive purchaser's demands might be authorized. Clients can email [email protected] to receive a refund.
3. DISCLAIMERS
